This notice applies to the Productivity Edge AI website operated by Productivity Edge Pty Ltd. The separate training website has its own website context.
Information you choose to provide
We may receive your name, business, email, phone number, enquiry details and booking information when you use the contact form, book a discovery call or speak with the AI receptionist. Please do not provide passwords, payment-card details, private keys or unnecessary confidential information.
Voice receptionist and microphone processing
When you start a voice call, your browser requests microphone access. Live audio is processed by the configured voice service so Lucy can respond. Conversation records, transcripts or call metadata may be created according to the enabled Retell account settings. Lucy identifies herself as an AI receptionist and provides a human route when needed.
Why information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, provide requested information, manage discovery-call bookings, operate and improve the approved service, maintain security and meet applicable obligations. It is not automatically collected from the ROI calculator.
Services involved
The site may use Retell AI for voice conversations, Cal.com for bookings, Cloudflare Turnstile for form security, and the approved hosting and email services for delivery. Each service has its own handling, security, retention and location arrangements. These are reviewed for the selected implementation; this notice does not make a blanket data-location promise.
Cookies and technical data
Hosting, security and embedded services may process IP address, browser, device and request information needed to deliver and protect the service. No marketing analytics is currently configured on this website unless separately approved.
