No guaranteed outcome
Descriptions, examples and testimonials do not guarantee a saving, revenue result, implementation time, compatibility or other outcome. AI systems can produce incorrect or incomplete output and require appropriate human review.
ROI calculator
The missed-call calculator applies the figures you enter to the displayed formula. It does not use verified information about your business, include all costs or predict actual revenue. You are responsible for checking the assumptions.
AI receptionist
Lucy is an AI receptionist. Do not use the voice experience for emergencies or share passwords, payment details, private keys or unnecessary confidential information. Booking and other actions remain subject to successful tool results, availability and explicit confirmation.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass protections, extract credentials, impersonate another person, misuse the voice service, submit unlawful material or use the site in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
Third-party services and links
Booking, voice, security and external links may be operated by third parties under their own terms. Productivity Edge does not control every aspect of those services and does not promise continuous availability.
Intellectual property
The Productivity Edge brand, website copy, layout and original graphics are owned by or licensed to Productivity Edge Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce them commercially without permission. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners.
Australian law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Nothing in them excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
